At Stord, I led the design of a complete parcel fulfillment experience within their Warehouse Management System. As the sole designer on a high-velocity team, I architected the end-to-end solution — transforming a legacy freight-only tool into an intuitive, modern system built for real warehouse realities. By bridging deep user research with strategic design leadership, I delivered a unified platform across picking, packing, and batching that improved picker productivity and unlocked new revenue streams for the business.
eBay was running three different publishing platforms: Guides, Stories, and lesser-known Lists. Originally created for engagement purposes, Guides were providing massive SEO traffic. With the importance of content for social marketing, the guides platform role expanded to influencers. Stories and Lists were created for premium content publishers, thus creating three platforms. Guides, Stories, Lists (and Collections) all had a different feel and appeared disconnected when browsing through the different content types.

My eBay is a set of essential shopping tools used by millions of users globally. Having leading design efforts on Purchases and Watchlist experiences since 2017, my ownership has expanded to the entire domain in 2019. Over the course of several years, my team and I worked through a highly contentious environment replatforming, modernizing, and laying out Northstar vision for future improvements and evolution.

Being the most frequent destination of My eBay on all platforms, Purchase History enables buyers to review the status of their orders and track shipments. I was asked to replatform and optimize the experience starting with its desktop version, which was about 15 years old. During the process, I had to solve the following problems: identifying all the use cases and understanding the logic behind each interactive element, and modernizing and optimizing the experience without breaking it for the users who are very sensitive to every minor change. The most significant improvement from the user point of view was a redesign of the item tile based on derived from the user research principle of “where is my stuff and what do I do next.”

In an effort to create a world of shopping inspiration and education through an expansive breadth of high-quality, contextually delivered content, I was tasked to design ONE reliable, functional, and flexible platform for different user types who can access articles in one place via desktop or mobile. The Articles CMS was designed, built, and rolled out in only 5 months time and had a landslide success amongst all segments due to a brand new, intuitive, efficient, and fast editor with expanded capabilities.

As the only designer at the early stage of a startup, I was responsible for most of the design needs including identity design, IX and UI design of the games, packaging design, product marketing, trade show booth design, product photography and videography.
